The KI course started last week on the 23rd and after a week of enduring a cobweb of languages in college, the verdict: it was not as bad as I thought it would be. The idea of having a lecturer from another part of the world is rather intriguing. And the learning experience for me so far has been.. hmm.. quite mind blowing. They (the lecturers) take their jobs very seriously. I'm definitely having fun solving their heavily accented lectures.
3-2-A1 is where we ( chenies, kal, fiona and me) are currently residing. It's no longer the convenient apartment on the first floor nearest to the library with proper sinks and plumbing system. Our new apartment is sort of dysfunctional.. in a lovable way. It has been only a week now, but we've showered with the aid of candle lights ( the lights are fixed now) and are still using a pail to collect water from our kitchen sink. I'm not in the same class with my roomies this time, but the fact that I have very warm classmates makes it all worthwhile.
Well and since both chenies and fiona are pestering me to write about them....Chenies is still keeping her hair short just like what we advised her to do. Kal cut her hair too and has two piercings now on each ear which I think is so cool =) Fiona too cut her hair short ( looks like I'm the only one with long hair) and is fresh from her grooming classes and aerobics. I missed them of course (fiona forced me to write this). Cheers to another three months of super duper craziness in our apartment!
